Refund policy

Made-to-Order
Every item is made to order. Because we don’t keep inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or color preference.

Damages & Issues (Exchanges/Replacements Only)

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at bloomshavenco@gmail.com so we can make it right with a replacement (or a refund if a replacement isn’t possible).

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and the shipping packaging (if damaged)

Do not send items back to us without contacting us first. If a return is required for inspection, we’ll provide a return authorization and the correct address. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Wrong Address

Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout aren’t eligible for free replacement or refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, email bloomshavenco@gmail.com and we’ll work with our production partner and the carrier to resolve it.

Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly. We can accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we’re unable to cancel or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size/fit, change of mind, or color preference

  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union/UK Customers (Statutory Rights)

If you’re in the EU/UK, your statutory rights may provide a right to cancel within 14 days for certain purchases. This right typically does not apply to goods made to order or produced to your specifications. If you believe you’re entitled to cancel under local law, please email bloomshavenco@gmail.com within the applicable period and we’ll provide next steps and, if needed, a return address.

Refunds (When Applicable)

For approved issues (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we’ll arrange a replacement. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Once issued, please allow your bank or card provider up to 10 business days to post the refund.
