🛍 Ordering

How are your products made?
Every Blooms Haven piece is made to order, which means your item is created just for you when you place an order — helping us reduce waste and offer more unique designs.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders go into production quickly. We can only accept cancellations or changes within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes, as your item may already be in production.


🚚 Shipping

How long will my order take to ship?
Production takes 2–5 business days. After that, shipping times are approximately:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • UK & Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & International: 5–10 business days

Will my items ship together?
Sometimes! If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to get them to you faster. Don’t worry — you’ll receive tracking information for each package.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or color preference.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email bloomshavenco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment options offered at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes — our store uses Shopify’s secure checkout, so your payment and personal information are fully encrypted and protected.
